As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, in order to optimize our clients' HR processes. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.
What You'll Do:
- Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module.
- Focus on optimizing clients' HR processes, especially in Time Tracking.
- Utilize deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work in multi-cultural teams on SuccessFactors Time Management/SAP HXM solutions.
- Handle requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Guide customers on SAP Best Practices.
- Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.
- Lead digital transformation journeys.
What You Bring:
- Over 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation and support projects.
- Knowledge in various SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Time Management module.
- Good communication skills and knowledge in HR Business Processes.
