Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and approve business requests for meeting room reservations, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Maintain and update the reservation system with accurate information regarding meeting rooms, layouts, and available technology.
  • Collect and analyze meeting requirements, coordinating with the WES team to ensure that meeting rooms meet business specifications.
  • Reserve meeting rooms for long-term business needs, ensuring availability for future events.
  • Address and resolve conflicting meeting requests by identifying alternative spaces that meet business requirements.
  • Handle escalations from business teams, ensuring a seamless reservation process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as required, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, assisting other roles within the WES team as necessary.
