Job Description

Job scope:

• Work with team leader to develop brand plan
• Conduct research to understand consumer insights and monitor market trends
• Lead consumer education campaign/innovation programs across channels for increased awareness and interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of omn consumer education activities.
• Project detail management for internal process and external communication with on time high quality delivery
• Analyze campaign/projects performance and adjust strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
• Experience in successful BP development is a must.
• Proven success in complicated consumer campaigns
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Consumer research experience & analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Experience in new product launch or innovation projects is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
