Job Description

• Develop consumer strategy & plan via research to understand consumer insights and monitor market trends
• Lead consumer education campaign/innovation programs across channels for increased awareness and interests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and communication etc, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of consumer education activities.
• Project detail management for internal process and external communication with on time high quality delivery
• Analyze campaign/projects performance and adjust strategies

Language(s) Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
• Experience in successful BP development is a must.
• Proven success in complicated consumer campaigns (big brand & budget/brand campaign + PR collaboration experience)
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Consumer research experience & analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Experience in new product launch or innovation projects is a plus.
• Experience in top OTC/prescription drug retail/FMCG companies preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Personality: resilience, outgoing, extroverted, and talkative
