Job Description
Job scope:
- Work with team leader to develop brand plan
- Conduct research to understand consumer insights and monitor market trends
- Lead consumer education campaign/innovation programs across channels for increased awareness and interests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of omn consumer education activities.
- Project detail management for internal process and external communication with on time high quality delivery
- Analyze campaign/projects performance and adjust strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Minimum 6 years marketing experience.
- Experience in successful BP development is a must.
- Proven success in complicated consumer campaigns
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Consumer research experience & analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
- Experience in new product launch or innovation projects is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
