Netflix Sr Agency Sales Partner - BR Strategy & Creative

Responsibilities

  • Establish and foster working relationships with key decision-makers of the main agencies in Brazil focusing on Strategy & Creative leaders;

  • Develop custom programs to accelerate the adoption of Netflix Ads inside the biggest agencies thru strategy and creative education and consultation;

  • Partner with direct sales partners and other agency partners to grow revenue across the business by identifying existing opportunities that could benefit from a strategy/creative consultation and also bringing new leads coming from direct approach with agencies’ strategy/creative teams;

  • Work with Netflix Ads Marketing and Measurement & Insights to ensure that agencies needs are being met and they feel inspired and prepared to plan and create campaigns for Netflix; this includes close collaboration on content development for industry events and narratives for the strategy/creative audience;

  • Work with Brand Partnerships and Creative Marketing Partnerships providing educational support for agencies on creative execution for Netflix Ads

  • Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned agencies with focus on key clients (advertisers) mapped for strategy/creative support;

  • Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to agencies;

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new campaigns from agencies - whenever the lead includes Netflix shows and films partnerships (IP usage), act as a bridge for Sales and Integrated Marketing/Creative Partnerships teams;

  • Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations;

Qualifications

  • Advanced English Skills is mandatory

  • 10+ years of advertising experience preferably in strategy and/or creative teams;

  • Understanding of the agency landscape, industry trends and creative ecosystem;

  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into key insights to foster stronger strategic and creative executions;

  • Knowledge of media fundamentals and ability to guide agencies to deploy creative ideas in tactical plans involving different media metrics;

  • Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions

  • Understanding of how agencies build strategy and creative plans and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed

  • Strong, confident presentation skills
