Responsibilities

  • Establish and foster working relationships with key decision-makers of the main agencies in Brazil;

  • Develop custom programs to accelerate the adoption of Netflix Ads inside the biggest agencies;

  • Partner with Brand Partnerships, Ads Commercialization, Sales and other agency teams to grow revenue across the business and leverage creativity and innovation in the ecosystem;

  • Work with Netflix Ads Marketing and Measurement & Insights to ensure that agencies needs are being met and they feel empowered to lead and grow the CTV market;

  • Build and negotiate annual partnership plans;

  • Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned agencies;

  • Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients;

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify new clients from agencies;

  • Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations;

Qualifications

  • Advanced English Skills is mandatory

  • 10+ years of advertising sales experience

  • Understanding of the agency landscape

  • Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes

  • Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers

  • Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions

  • Understanding of how agencies set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed

  • Strong, confident presentation skills
