Responsibilities
Establish and foster working relationships with key decision-makers of the main agencies in Brazil;
Develop custom programs to accelerate the adoption of Netflix Ads inside the biggest agencies;
Partner with Brand Partnerships, Ads Commercialization, Sales and other agency teams to grow revenue across the business and leverage creativity and innovation in the ecosystem;
Work with Netflix Ads Marketing and Measurement & Insights to ensure that agencies needs are being met and they feel empowered to lead and grow the CTV market;
Build and negotiate annual partnership plans;
Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned agencies;
Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients;
Prospect, identify, and qualify new clients from agencies;
Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations;
Qualifications
Advanced English Skills is mandatory
10+ years of advertising sales experience
Understanding of the agency landscape
Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers
Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
Understanding of how agencies set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, make decisions, and manage at entrepreneurial speed
Strong, confident presentation skills
