This Service Support Specialist will manage the preparation and execution of capital equipment installations and upgrades (software & hardware) in support of sales, marketing, and service operations activities for capital equipment in the EMEA region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage standardized installation and service programs in support of new product launches, equipment upgrades, equipment evaluations and installation activities;
- Facilitates discussions and attends pre-launch meetings with Service Development, Technical Support, Manufacturing, Marketing, QA, Sales and Inventory to ensure adequate preparation, communication and adherence to launch plans;
- Main contact within CETS organization for advice on standardized installations/upgrades;
- Manage Demo pools for the division in support of congresses, training sessions etc.;
- Creation, management and final closure of service cases in the Global service management system;
- Manage install base data in the Global service management system;
- Creation, releasing or requesting orders of Capital equipment for installations and upgrades;
- Managing & monitoring of the logistical flow.
What we are looking for:
- MBO level, preferably with a technical and/ or logistical specialization;
- Experience in working with technical, distribution, sales and direct customer environment is a pre;
- Combines a problem solving attitude with liaison focused communication skills;
- Is capable of organizing their own work;
- Has excellent English verbal and written skills;
- Experience with SAP is a pre;
- Ambitious, eager to improve and result driven.
This role will start with a defined term contract for 12 months and working (hybrid) from our office in Kerkrade
