Role Overview:
As a Signavio Digital Solution Advisor, you'll be a pivotal part of our regional Solution Advisory team, focusing on growth accounts to accelerate our digital sales efforts. Your role will be instrumental in supporting Solution Demonstrations, demand generation activities, enabling our partners, and delivering compelling digital content that resonates with our clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in solution demonstrations, digital demand generation and partner enablement strategies.
- Assess and qualify leads technically to ensure alignment with our solution capabilities.
- Interpret and present insights from reports (e.g. SAP Signavio Discovery Edition)
- Lead and support the execution of webinars and digital events to enable customers and/or partners.
- Conduct in-depth customer background research to tailor our approach and solutions effectively.
- Create innovative digital assets to support sales and marketing initiatives, enhancing our digital presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and leverage synergies across the organization.
- Create industry-specific use cases and maintain detailed wikis.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on S/4HANA transformation and operational excellence to guide our clients through their digital journey.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a digital presales or sales support role, preferably with exposure to mid-market accounts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end business processes (e.g., P2P, O2C)
- Strong understanding of demand generation strategies and digital marketing principles.
- Ability to produce and deliver creative and compelling digital content that captures the audience's attention.
- Knowledge of S/4HANA transformation and operational excellence is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
- Expertise in leveraging digital storytelling techniques and tools.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French
- A team player with problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving digital innovation.
