AS A PARTNER FUNDS PROGRAM MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to conceptualize, design, and implement channel partner incentives and business processes for global success
  • Strategize, design, and architect the resell program framework to accelerate partner growth and adoption of Snowflake products and services
  • Craft and implement comprehensive executions plans to ensure the long term success of the investment programs
  • Establish and maintain regular program performance reviews, leveraging metrics to optimize program efficiency, utilization, and compliance
  • Develop comprehensive program documentations and presentations to articulate benefits, terms, conditions, rules of engagement, and marketing materials on a global scale
  • Drive continuous program improvements and optimization through active engagement with partner and internal feedback, and planning with a roadmap for enhancements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define system and process requirements, prioritizing partner and sales experience in the program infrastructure
  • Implement best practices, systems, and solutions to streamline resell operations and enhance overall Resell business effectiveness
  • Act as a thought leader and business partner, who can provide strategic and operational direction and develop innovative solutions and processes to scale Resell business
OUR IDEAL PARTNER FUNDS PROGRAM MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • BS/BA degree in a related field required
  • 8+ years in experience in channel programs, partner marketing/sales, incentives, and rebates, including Partner Marketing Development Funds, Solution Development Funds, Training funds, and Enablement Funds
  • Demonstrated understanding of Channel Partner business models and their pivotal role in solution delivery, sales, and services within the cloud, software, consumption environments
  • Understanding of the 1-tier and 2-tier quote-to-cash pricing and deal economics for resale and distribution transactions
  • Demonstrated success in planning, designing, and executing a portfolio of programs tailored for external Channel Partners, aligning rewards with strategic objectives
  • Excellent communication/presentation, organizational, financial/analytical, and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with executive leadership and channel partners
  • Track record of success in driving business plans, financial models, and data analytics to support program justification and roadmap development
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau), business and financial acumen, and a general ability to multitask and handle competing priorities across projectsAbility to travel 20% of the time

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
