Responsibilities:
Prospect for new borrower relationships within market to stimulate deal flow
Manage and cultivate existing borrower relationships
Develop and expand a network of referral sources/centers of influence
Structure Agency loans through our wide array of lending products
Develop and close new business
Participate in professional organizations to gain visibility and enhance the Capital One brand
Ensure alignment with overall CRE strategy
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate debt originations
Preferred Qualifications
At least 11 years of experience in Multifamily Agency originations
Experience in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae Multifamily Affordable products
$100,000 - $150,000 for Originations Manager I
Los Angeles - incl. Newport Beach, California (Hybrid On-Site):
$100,000 - $150,000 for Originations Manager IThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
