Roles and Responsibilities:
Participation in Agency Finance loan pre-screen functions
Developing market and deal analyses to help make credit and underwriting decisions
Analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and third party reports
Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills
Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
Examples of demonstrated leadership and team-oriented traits
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of Agency screening or underwriting experience
