Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • years experiencein technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+years experiencein technical architect, technical consulting, design and implementation, and/or technical sales.
  • Azure Solutions Architect Certified (AZ-305) or transferable skill or equivalent certificates allowing AZ-305 attainment within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of customers while enabling growth and preventing churn.
  • Strategic Planning: Work collaboratively with your portfolio of customers to align their business goals and technical requirements with Azure's capabilities and services, enabling their business and IT decision makers to make informed decisions and drive successful outcomes.
  • Technical Advisory: Become your customer’s Trusted Advisor within Microsoft. Whetherit'sdeterminingthe suitability of a service, outlining the technical requirements of a solution implementation, discussing best practices, or optimising their Azure infrastructure, your goal is to provide advice and direction on any technical questions they may have.
  • Connected Customer Experience:Engage, collaborate, and orchestrate across Microsoft (Engineering, Partner, Support, etc.) to support a “One Microsoft” approach to customer engagement, enablement, and implementation.
  • Tech Intensity: Maintain a high degree of technical competency in one of the following areas: Cloud Strategies, Infrastructure and Networking, Cyber Security, Data, AI/ML, Development and Application Modernisation, Migration and Implementation, DevOps; with the capability of engaging in deeply technical discussions, architecture reviews and recommendations, development and SLM best practices, and next-generation technology investment (HPC, QC, IoT, Data, AI/ML, Security, Infrastructure, etc.).
