In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage campaign strategies that align with the organization’s goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
  • Design and execute communication plans that effectively convey key messages to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project management of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver high-quality content across different media, including written, visual, and digital formats.
  • Manage content creation processes, including writing, editing, and reviewing key communications such as press releases, leader messages, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Lead communication design efforts, ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to enhance the company’s brand and communicate its value proposition effectively.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of content and communication initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor on content and communication strategies.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance on best practices in content management, project execution, and communication design.

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience developing communication strategies and campaigns that drive business priorities
  • Experience in content management and integrated campaign management
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex challenges and drive business success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and influences decision making
