You will leverage your technical background and/or product knowledge to drive the redesign of user documentation, focusing on both structural and content improvements to ensure content is accurate and user-centric.

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or English Language and Literature.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Technical Communication.
• Exceptional English language proficiency, both verbal and written.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently as well as in local and global (virtual) teams.
• Experience or capability in managing/coordinating complex projects.
• Ability to comprehend overall business objectives and align them with your personal tasks and responsibilities.
• Effective information gathering skills.
• Keen interest in technology.

Preferred skills:

• Relevant experience with R&D, System Verification, Services & Care, New Product Introduction (NPI), and Portfolio Management
• Experience with DITA/topic-based writing and information design
• Expertise in creating rich media and interactive user documentation
• Background in software testing
