Reference contact person for country Sales & Marketing teams, external customers, local HCP/HCO/PCO (Country MedTech Orgs), preferred vendors and conference organizers, providing information, answering queries related to established policies and procedures.
Directing people to the appropriate resource.
Lead the IRF (Internal Request Forms) management for local HCPs events and activities, upon internal requestors detailed and documented requests.
Ensuring timely communication and proactive partnering with all key stakeholders of the IRF process.
May support cross country and cross divisional IRFs.
Responsible for ordering products or services for a third party: PR (Purchase Requisition) and Purchase Order (PO) management (preferred supplier, vendor creation request and follow up, payment terms, finance information, quotation, and budget, TPIs…)
Invoice handling. Payments follow up & invoice status.
May assist Opex follow up with divisional FP&A: spend and budget tracking.
Provide administrative support where necessary to the business. This is not an exhaustive list but it may include: updating internal files, creating documents (letters, reports, spreadsheets, etc.), in addition to organizing, confirming & arranging the logistics, contracts, dinner/lunch arrangements and master schedule for local events, coordinate the communication with the relevant teams.
May become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a particular area or field within Business Support Function, providing guidance and strategy to the GEM/EMEA Teams.
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
Internal & External Audit administrative support linked to HCPs interactions, events and meetings.
May collaborate with other Business Support team members (according to country specific rules & regulations within GEM) on internal meetings and events if needed.
May be required to travel & assist Local, International Events, GEM Meetings, in collaboration with other Business Support team members, held within own country, IAS or another Country (according to BS meeting guidelines)

Qualifications:
Recent graduate (2024/2025) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluent English.
Able to professional email and verbal communication with Clients/Stakeholders

Process-orientation and process improvement mindset
Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) knowledge & digital tools will be valued. Meeting and event, planning & organization, experience will be a plus.
