Provide valuable support in GEM Cloud and data analytics projects to drive digital transformation and foster a data-driven decision-making environment.
Contribute to GEM Cloud enhancements by gathering user feedback, preparing user stories, and testing new developments.
Assist in the rollout and adoption of GEM Cloud in collaboration with distributor channel teams and other stakeholders.
Provide comprehensive support for GEM Cloud administration activities to ensure smooth and efficient system operations.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams within GEM to understand business requirements and create reports and dashboards using Tableau.
Analyze customer data to generate actionable business insights.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset, with keen attention to detail.
Interest in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Fundamental knowledge of Excel and Tableau; familiarity with other business intelligence tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of databases and data quality concepts is considered a plus.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in multicultural team environments.
