Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • 5+ years experience partnering with business leadership and other executive administrators.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a global team, with remote employees
  • 5+ years of experience using Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint AND experience using OneNote, SharePoint,Teams,
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
  • 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience in successfully partnering with Chief of Staff and business management teams, as well as multiple EAs and administrators.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and prioritizecomplexand constantly changing calendars, resulting in the CVP staying focused on their business priorities, working efficiently, and ensuring they are fully prepared andtimelyfor meetings.
  • Partner closely with theCloud Ecosystem SecurityChiefof Staff, Leadership Team, and other key business stakeholders to ensure strategic time management for the CVP.
  • Work with theCloud Ecosystem SecurityChief of Staff on aligning Leadership Rhythms, Customer and Partner engagements with the CVPs calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments.
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including the ability to maplogisticspursuant tothe cultural and business protocols; meet the travel requirements of the CVP and traveling team; andpartner inplanning meetings andlogistics.
  • Manage andmaintainteam aliases for theSecurityCopilot, Ecosystem andMarketplaceorganization.
  • Work with the teamonheadcountand space planning, including creating PCNs and updating people records in systems (e.g.,Employee Central) as needed.
  • Prepare, approve, and process business expenses for the CVP and Leadership Team.
  • Plan and manageoversight of the morale budget, spend, and events.
  • HelpsupportthebroaderSecurity Copilot, Ecosystem and Marketplace andCES admin team,assistinproviding coaching and mentoring to other FTE or vendor admins as needed.
  • Support business and team events, including but not limited to; global offsites, morale events and corporate events.
