Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 4+ years User Experience Research experience
- OR Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 3+ years User Experience Research experience
- OR Doctorate in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, Technical Communications, Information Science, Information Architecture, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field AND 1+ year(s) User Experience Research experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience working on software solutions within the provider or provider services space
- Proven storytelling and communication skills across leadership, engineering teams, designers, customers, and partners.
- Ability to plan and execute research against business needs.
- Experience conducting research globally and working with global stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to impact and influence business decisions across boundaries, often in an ever-changing environment situations.
- An ability to form a point of view by quickly and effectively analyzing research data and presenting rich findings simply and clearly to influence product design and direction.
- Recognized training and expertise in multiple research techniques.
- Experience in the healthcare UX research space a plus.
