Evangelize Global Partner Marketing’s activations across Partner Ecosystem Success, Field and Country Marketing, and CMSO (solution) Teams (in coordination with GPM’s CMSO team).
Support our new GPM and Field Partner Marketing operating model by following this role’s key responsibilities and further enhancing the model as it matures.
Gather requirements from the regions, countries, and Partners to ensure we are building assets and initiatives that are in high demand.
Drive key initiatives such as the Partner Marketing Advisory Council, Partner Marketing Maturity Index, Solution-specific business reviews, and ME-PSO acceleration efforts.
Engage and collaborate directly with CMSO, Corporate Marketing, PES, and Field Marketing stakeholders to identify and recommend innovative GPM programs.
Ensure that all GPM programs have clear and measurable success metrics that are regularly tracked.
Advocate best practice sharing across global, regions, and countries.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing, must have prior experience working with partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with Field Marketing and the Partner community.
Proven ability to lead a virtual team of colleagues in matrix management structure
Ability to present effectively to senior executive stakeholders
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Self-motivation, able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A consensus-builder, capable of utilizing interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills in English to successfully interact with colleagues, partners and executive management.
