What will you be doing?
Coordinate and oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Manage planning and logistics associated with calendars, meetings, and conference rooms.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Lead office and facilities maintenance (building maintenance, cleaning, parking).
Support ad hoc and ongoing projects on all relevant admin aspects.
Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Telephone service and Telephone conference bookings.
Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
Responsible for any questions regarding the facility.
Procurement and budget support.
Plan and execute activities, events, HH, Meetup and cultural initiatives.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting company values and encouraging collaboration.
Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and supportive manner.
Other ad-hoc support as requested.
Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Service-oriented, positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Full proficiency in MS Office.
English (fluent in writing and speaking).
Full time position - Availability to work onsite between 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday to Thursday.
