Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct BI analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Perform sales operations analysis, including win/loss analysis, to identify market and portfolio trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze product usage data to provide insights into user behavior and product performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Excel, Google Data Studio, BigQuery and other BI platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data management practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data operations within the company.
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Operations Analyst, Product Analyst or similar role - a must.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) for data manipulation and analysis - a must.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from existing databases, as well as cost-efficient planning of new tables and data warehouses - a must.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities - a must. Salesforce Admin certifications - a plus.
  • Experience working with financial data, including sales analysis or pricing and packaging analysis - a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
