What you’ll do
Key tasks include (not limited to)
Deal Support
- Collaborate with Account Team members (Architects, Sales, Services, Bid Centre, other solution advisors ...) providing deal support to opportunities across industries.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with prospects/customers to build relationships with them and understand their unique needs.
- Compose and deliver S/4HANA Cloud presentations to prospective customer audiences. The presentations must articulate the sales message, differentiate SAP, and leave a strong and positive impression to a diverse range of customer stakeholders in different industries, from the CFOs and other CXOs to the hands-on end user.
- Deliver personalized/standard demos of SAP S/4HANA, preferably in the area of Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain
- Identify, articulate and present innovations from SAP that could be useful for customer including topics of Business AI and, Sustainability.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud to maintain credibility with prospective customers. Provide proof points with relevant customer stories.
- Support RFx completion in support of customer proposals.
- Provide limited post-sale support to key customers, primarily to the project/implementation team to ensure a smooth transition.
- Effectively leverage support teams who are there to support presales success. (Global / Regional Solution Specialists, Domain Experts, Solution Hubs, Product Management,…).
- Create a memorable experience with an intended impact across all interactions with our customers by ensuring adherence to the operational best practices such as:
- Ensuring quality and empathetic discovery sessions aiming to understand the customer's business transformation requirements to the cloud.
- Execute Digital Discovery Assessment
- Articulate S/4HANA Cloud competitive advantage to customers and prospects
Business Developement Support
- Identify and execute demand generation activities in collaboration with the sales teams and marketing to ensure sufficient pipeline coverage for the Business Suite and S/4HANA Cloud in particular.
- Support one-to-many sales and marketing events both on-site and remotely.
- Support and lead customer visits in our Customer Experience Center. Focus is both on the value of S/4HANA Cloud and the overall SAP strategy.
- Lead & support customer workshops to promote new and innovative solutions for customers and prospects.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of consultant/presales experience in core ERP.
- Good knowledge of S/4HANA Cloud in the area of Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain. Knowledge of additional modules/extensions like Group Reporting is a plus.
- Functional process knowledge in ERP and good knowledge of SAP product strategies.
- Professional working experience in Consultative Sales, Presales, Product Management, Implementation Consulting or Business Consulting. End to end SAP S/4HANA implementation or consulting experience is highly desirable.
- Affinity with AI. Experience with the SAP AI strategy is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate customer value.
- Strong communication skills and passion for creating convincing customer acquisition strategies.
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
