Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in business & technology related program initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects in a fast-paced environment, using data to drive prioritization and measure progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
o OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a key advisor for executive leadership and proven executive presence.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing operational and strategic improvements towards driving team execution excellence, communication, and efficiencies.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity while partnering across organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly in a new technical domain.
- Proven collaboration and communication skills (verbal and written).
