Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience managing and/or working in digital security, compliance, and assurance.
  • 3 + years experience working directly with engineering teams and cloud-based technologies.
  • 5+ years as a Business Program Manager, with direct experience leading large cross-functional teams in business, marketing, and/or product engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.
  • Knowledge of security and data governance technologies applicable to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Ability to use/comfort with Engineering tools likeActiveX Data Objects(ADO), Jira, etc. as well as reporting tools/repositories like SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.

  • Proven ability to process, continuous improvement, and execution mindset with an eye toward driving efficiency, scale and quality

  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with compliance measurement systems, compliance scorecards or other vehicles to report compliance results.

  • A passion for the customer, customer experience and driving results.

  • A consummate team player with people/partnership skills; an ability to lead from behind.

  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to quickly assess, triage, adjust and tackle.

  • Skilled at Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint (or similar) for effective communication, presentation, and process diagramming.

Responsibilities

• Act as one of the Marketing Shadow IT/SFI leads to drive understanding and accountability across the Marketing business teams - establishing the proper security posture, compliance and prioritization/management of risks.

• Directly support issue remediation with control owners to ensure risks are appropriately addressed.

• Scan and proactively identify Marketing platform security risks and work on solutions to mitigate.

• Directly engage in both tactical and strategic security activities supporting the Marketing team (e.g. planning, process, knowledge bases, etc.), across all levels of personnel and with both technical and less technical team members.

• Understand each business team’s scenarios and needs and find solutions that achieve both Shadow IT/SFI objectives goals and the business requirements.

• Manage the overall portfolio of programs including project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs for the programs.

• Partner with Microsoft Engineering to drive Security compliance and cloud hygiene, solve operational challenges for the Marketing organization and implement a programmatic approach that ensures continuous improvements for Marketing owned tools & systems.

• Lead, connect and drive cross-functional, global, and virtual project teams across a broad and varied set of security services, technology and partners, to drive impact/compliance in the Shadow IT/SFI program.

• Influence accelerated transformation through prevention, automation, and large-scale process changes.

• Contribute to a collaborative culture that embraces inclusivity and diversity.
