Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft internal systems such as Employee Central, MyOrder, MSTravel/ MyTravel, and MyExpense
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft software, such as Office, Teams and Windows software
- Ability to self-direct work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity and act with appropriate urgency and flexibility with a positive attitude and professionalism
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to work collaboratively with other administrative assistants within the team and across the company.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with leaders of all levels, from both inside and outside of Microsoft, including government and agency representatives
Business Support ATR-E - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $32.16 - $64.90 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $43.08 - $71.25 per hour.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
