Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly rolling revenue forecast for the Supporting Selling Team
Drive SRO Analytics for the region (Direct or Indirect Channel) and provide weekly Sales out &Run Rate reports to management team
Drive Supply Chain allocation for Direct or Indirect projects, in collaboration with Supply Chain and Demand planning teams
Drive escalations on direct/ indirect projects
Support with building Regional Forecast file roll up
Prepare Service forecast &Analytics
Prepare Distribution reports and support with Channel Analytics
Drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis.
Address the analytical insights and conclusions with VPGM, Sales Managers and the other members of CE team
Regularly employs solid problem-solving skills by performing independent analysis of data from several sources, and devising appropriate solutions within broadly defined parameters
Support revenue objectives by acting as the liaison between the selling team and all functions within the SPS/ PSS organization, including SIOP
Improve existing or create new reports and dashboards as required for continuous improvement, using digital tools (for ex. Tableau)
Preparation, coordination, execution and timely distribution of various reports to management and regional teams as needed
Identify opportunities for improvement and work with Commercial Excellence team to develop corrective actions
Collaborates with the other functions (Supply Chain/ Marketing/ Customer Support) to support and drive the analytical insights and actions for Europe Sales Organization
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with commercial/technical education
Business fluent in written and spoken English,other European languages represent a plus
Experience in Sales support or similar role
Basic: 5 years of experience in reporting and analytics
Experience using CRM/SAP and understanding CRM/ERP system business processes a plus
Experience in working with SalesForce
Advanced in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Tableau
