Key skills and qualifications - Preferred minimum 2-year experience in the Customer Services field, preferably with expertise in SAP;
- Customer-oriented and action-oriented, self-motivated, with good communication skills;
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of customers in different countries;
- Ability to use Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluent in English.
