• Develop and maintain a deepunderstanding of our customers, their needs, and how our website can meet thoseneeds
• Driving lead generation throughcreating best-in-class user experiences on commercial websites.
• Prioritizing onsite optimization andconversion to lead.
• Providing analysis of websiteperformance to the Digital Marketing stakeholders and recommendations forimprovements.
• Managing and delivering onsiteoptimization and technical fixes.
• Focus on SEO and improving technical,UX and CRO initiatives.
• Technical partner to the
• 3+ years of hands-on experiencewith at least 2 years of experience in a B2B role (e.g. deliveringpresentations to stakeholders, conducting in-depth competitor analysis andmarket research).
• Strong communication and influencingskills at all levels, demonstrating deep subject matter expertise balanced withpragmatic understanding of business need/priorities.
• Data literate and good numeracy skills– demonstrated by the ability to report on performance in an accurate andaccessible way.
• Work closely with the
• Comfortable working with very largeamounts of data, collation of data and driving insight from it.
• Find patterns in keyword and URLsdatasets to understand what users are looking on search engines.

• Working knowledge of development and constraints.
• Set, measure, and monitor themeaningful metrics other than vanity metrics (Page Views, Bounce Rate etc.).
