What you'll do
- As a UX Researcher, your primary goal is to represent the user's voice in our products. You will be responsible for conducting user research throughout all product design and development stages. Your research will help identify user needs, inform product strategy, and create a user-centric experience that meets market needs and exceeds user expectations. You will have easy access to our research target groups and interact with them continuously.
- Defining research objectives and developing research plans.
- Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. Collaborating closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to incorporate user insights into product design and strategy. Communicating research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way that drives product enhancements.
- Tracking user behavior and sentiments continuously to identify product improvement and expansion opportunities.
- Based on research findings, providing input into user personas, user journeys, and wireframes.
What you bring
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a similar field. Your portfolio reflects your experience as a UX Researcher or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and the ability to choose the appropriate method for the task. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw meaningful insights from complex data. Skilled in using various research and design tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments preferred.
- Experience working in the CI/CD domain is a plus.
