The role

you will have the opportunity to shape and evolve the tone and voice of our products. You will ensure our design system communicates clearly and effectively and helps the user complete their desired actions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, product owners and developers to deliver consistent and helpful copy for design system components as well as to provide clear, concise and helpful documentation like Guidelines and Design specifications to enable designers and developers to create appealing and easy-to-use applications.

What you will do:

• Write and copy-edit clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for our web design system component specifications and guidelines/Portal
• Define and evolve the guideline content strategy
• Craft intuitive and helpful UI text, including labels, tooltips, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, product owners, accessibility experts, your counterparts in other product teams, etc.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to the standard terminology defined in our Product standard UX consistency
• Participate in usability testing and research to understand our users
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UX writing and user-centered design.

What you bring:

• A degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• A background in communications paired with a solid understanding of the UX process
• Proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to express complex information in a clear and precise manner
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Proactive, can-do mindset
• Understanding of accessibility principles and how they apply to content is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of CMS and versioning is a plus
• Experience working with design systems is a plus
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
