The Infrastructure Technology Lead Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for assisting with supporting server platform, simplifying process & procedures, technical guidance and securing the environment.
What you’ll do
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Be an active member of Level 3 Platform Operations Team.
- Collaborate with Release Engineering & Product Development teams to develop change management strategies.
- Manage efficiency and performance of system resources utilized, to balance demand (load), capacity, and product service performance.
- Drive total quality improvement of the cloud solutions to minimize and eliminate incidents due to architecture or design defects (SPOF), capacity related incidents, and EOL/EOVS.
- Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore services.
- Provide technical/strategic direction and act as advisor/coach to lower level analysts.
What we’ll need from you
- Strong Linux administration & troubleshooting ( RHEL 6, 7 and 8) experience
- VCS cluster experience and knowledge on Linux clusters
- Proficient with performance and systems management
- Good understanding of Linux builds and monitoring tools
- Familiarity of Oracle database and ASM/RAC clusters
- Strong scripting knowledge to automate functions
- Strong customer and colleague communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organization and planning skills
