What you'll do

Concretely, you will

• Lead or participate in workshops to align, review and maintain common standards for processes, practices, roles, tools, metrics and terminology for agility across the organization
• Review IT delivery setups, processes, practices and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Identify options for improving the usage of tools and automation, including the use of deployment pipelines
• Advise and coach teams and their managers on implementing lean-agile practices
• Present changes and report newly adopted concepts or definitions to management stakeholders

What you bring

• A University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering. A focus on process improvement or project management would be of advantage.
• Work experience working in an agile team applying some of the following methodologies or practices: Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
• Knowledge of and experience with change management and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
• Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude
• Fluent English Language
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
