Shape and execute Dell’s paid search strategy by collaborating with the Global Search Lead, optimizing campaign setups, and scaling best practices globally.
Partner with internal teams and vendors (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) to test new tools, implement innovative solutions, and refine content for text, Shopping, and PMAX campaigns.
Analyze and interpret performance data to provide actionable insights and drive optimization of campaigns across global regions.
Develop automated reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and delivering real-time insights for planning and performance improvement.
Help to develop content for the presentation of strategic priorities, performance updates, and actionable insights to leadership while collaborating with regional teams to maintain alignment with global goals.
Essential Requirements:
4+ years of experience in paid search, with expertise in managing complex campaigns and strong analytical capabilities.
Advanced proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Excel, GA4.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, Power BI), with proven ability to manage and integrate large datasets.
Desirable Requirements:
Proven ability to deliver insights and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working within a global eCommerce environment, analyzing performance across multiple regions.
Working knowledge of SQL or Python.
