Lead or participate in workshops to align, review and maintain common standards for processes, practices, roles, tools, metrics and terminology for agility across the organization
Review IT delivery setups, processes, practices and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
Identify options for improving the usage of tools and automation, including the use of deployment pipelines
Advise and coach teams and their managers on implementing lean-agile practices
Present changes and report newly adopted concepts or definitions to management stakeholders
What you bring
A University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering. A focus on process improvement or project management would be of advantage.
Work experience working in an agile team applying some of the following methodologies or practices: Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, Test-Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
Knowledge of and experience with change management and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude
