Qualifications
  • You will be managing a team that spans multiple sales geographies so strong communicaton skills are key.
  • Extensive technology related sales or business development experience with proven track record of successfully leading a team ofTechnolohgy sales professionals.​
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to coach team to successfully drive sales over phone, email, video and modern demonstration tools.​
  • Experience, background and confidence to initiate and drive business strategy discussions with C-level executives and business decision makers around industry drivers and workloads.​
  • General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual systems, processes, products and services quickly and accurately.​

To do this role you can be based in Dublin, Ireland or Barcelona, Spain.

  • Manage pipeline and assess risks to align strategies with business priorities.
  • Drive business portfolio management excellence and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify key drivers of satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Bring valuable industry insights to customer engagements, leading impactful conversations and closing deals.
  • Act as a thought leader in digital transformation and Security solutions, advising customers and coaching others internally.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive decision-makers, leveraging deep industry expertise to shape customer success.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to drive joint success and remove barriers to growth.
  • Lead high-impact projects that enable digital transformation and deliver measurable business value for customers.
  • Support team development through continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
