Description
As a member of Real Estate & Development you will operate as a partner to local business units, other internal functional areas. You will at times act as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, and implementer. Having passion and customer-centric focus with a knowledge of Facilities Operations is key.
Key Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in facilities/property management, commercial real estate or professional services industries preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity.
  • Process Security Office Requests in tandem with vendor requests for on-site access.
  • Assist with vendor invoicing, being the first to review invoices as they post to the system ensuring that they are correct before approving through the pipeline.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving proficiency.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
  • Manages time efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Familiarity with Mac platform and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must work well under pressure in a demanding environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial Knowledge
  • Experience with data entry and reports.
Additional Requirements
  • Assist with communication and scheduling of contractors and service providers.
  • Assist with financial management, including invoices and purchase requisitions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain information and documentation relevant to vendor services and O&M protocols
  • Provide technical administrative support for O&M manager and Facilities team
  • Manage work tasks and the processing of associated work orders via internal systems
  • Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues
  • or in making recommendations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $27.55 and $41.25/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
