Partner Strategy and Business Planning
- Define and engage with a core set of solution area alligned partners to engage reactively and proactively on Elevate opportunities through our marketing and sales teams, across the core geographies.
- Develop and execute marketing plans with key partners to drive proactive engagement into the geographies. Identifying ways to reach our market, and driving plans to execute.
- Lead weekly coaching and update calls with focus partners to progress opportunities, ensuring effective use of programmatic investments, and tackling blockers or opportunities swiftly.
Sales and Marketing Execution
- Drive key marketing and sales activities with partners, including MCI Investments and workshops, partner-led events or affiliate engagements.
- Utilise Elevate customer demand generation engines to support partner-led outreach and engagement. Feedback to marketing and sales teams to improve quality and volumes.
Channel Development and Enablement
- Coach partners to articulate cloud benefits to customers, increasing grant and paid subscription usage, and reducing engagement friction.
- Support channel team peers with understanding of your solution area focus, enabling them to help position your solution area more broadly through our channel partners in region.
- Act as the local SMB Nonprofit Solution Area expert, Explore/Identify new ways to scale the solution area focus within region, identify the partner eco-system to drive C&AI especially on Data and AI, collaborate with others in the channel team to ensure we can reach the widest audience.
Performance Management and Reporting
- Manage monthly reporting cycles to provide forecast by country, capturing insights and presenting asks that inform future investments.
