What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own a defined portfolio of enterprise Built Environment accounts across the UK

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive pipeline and revenue growth

  • Partner with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their business challenges and align Salesforce solutions with their transformation goals

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, supported by a high-performing team, including BDRs, Solution Engineers, Partners, and Professional Services

  • Communicate the value of Salesforce’s industry-leading solutions—including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Tableau—to streamline operations and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making

  • Collaborate closely with the wider Business Services team to ensure customers receive tailored solutions that evolve with their business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving new business

  • Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing C-level executives and stakeholders across IT, operations, and business functions

  • Background or familiarity with the Built Environment sector, including construction, real estate, or facilities management, is highly desirable

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex organisations and create long-term account strategies

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, andrelationship-buildingskills
