In this role you will:
Lead mid-year and year-end compensation cycles for the enterprise along with new compensation intent, ensuring smooth execution and managing within internal and external controls
Lead the delivery of strategic compensation projects, key initiatives or processes horizontally
Lead the delivery and execution of the Line of Business (LOB) incentives
Serve as a thought partner for Compensation leaders and intent owners on systems and data strategies
Establish or maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize business needs
Manage the partnership with HR product and technology teams to advance Compensation teams vision and strategy
In partnership with team members reporting to you, drive the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies, reduce manual processes, and improve the associate experience
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 5 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, Analytics, Human Resources or a combination
At least 3 years of experience with Excel or Google Sheets and developing data-based stories in Powerpoint or Google Slides
At least 2 years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Workday and/or Workday Advanced Compensation module
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Human Resources
5+ years of people leadership and experience developing high-performing teams, skilled in coaching and mentoring
5+ years of professional data analysis work experience
10+ years of relevant experience including Compensation, HR Systems, People Analytics, and HR Operations
Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment
CCP - Certified Compensation Professional
Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimization
Advanced Excel skills and experience using SQL
Ability to apply integrative thinking in complex situations, identify issues and propose solutions
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret, and make recommendations to management
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex issues
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
