In this role you will:
Support the design and delivery of our Mid-year and Year-end compensation focal cycles and new compensation intent
Build checks and conduct data validations of datasets and processes to ensure high level of accuracy
Support initiatives that drive business strategy, deliver exceptional experiences, and produce the data and reporting needed to drive operations and deliver meaningful insights
Support ongoing work related to creating or updating job codes and its attributes in order to support business and compensation teams
Write business requirements for new system functionality and reporting
Manage testing (strategy, scenarios, and user acceptance), assist with troubleshooting system issues
Make recommendations to clients on continuous improvement, automation and simplification opportunities
Help clients understand root cause for systems-related incidents and what requirements are needed to address gaps
Support the development of plans, educational materials, and communications designed to provide associates, managers, compensation consultants, and HR partners with timely and accurate information regarding the focal cycles
Partner with cross functional teams such as Compensation, HR Tech, Product, and the Help Center to deliver solutions and provide subject matter expertise on processes
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 1 year of experience in Compensation or at least 1 year of experience in Finance or at least 1 year of experience in Analytics, or a combination
At least 1 year of experience in Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Human Resources
2+ years of experience in Compensation, or 2+ years of experience in Finance, or 2+ years of experience in Analytics, or a combination
2+ years of experience with Excel and developing data-based stories in PowerPoint or Google Slides
2+ years of experience in a client consulting
1+ year of experience with agile delivery
1+ year of experience with Workday or Workday Advanced Compensation module
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Process Engineering experience especially with continuous improvement, automation, and optimization
