Key Responsibilities:
- Support Director BD and Senior Manager BD in aligning strategic priorities across management team and support global priorities.
- Address and solve cross-functional challenges and projects with high priority to Market
- Business Development / Models
o Channels & commercial business models: Project management for the set-up of new commercial models or new channels with a focus on establishing eCom in key markets within the set growth plan for the 3-5 years to come.
- Project and Process Management
o Business project lead for cross-functional projects in EMC; this comprises process analysis and adaptation, resource planning, organizational preparation, implementation, and post-implementation support as well as strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
o Support driving all projects related to driving the necessary changes/ enhancements planned in our processes & GTM milestones.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong process understanding, analytical skills and project management experience.
- Strong communication skills (Written, verbal & story telling via power-point/excel) with all peers/counterparts he/she will have to influence and work with (BD, Market MDs & GMs Sales, Retail, Finance, Operation, RAPCC)
- Excellent research & insights generation capabilities required
- Strong edge in data analytics and interpreting/framing various resources input into concrete business recommendations.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of cross functional experience in strategy, commercial functions, project management, Sales and/or general management
- Bachelor in related field required
- Languages – English fluency is a mus
