10+ years of experience in digital media, with deep exposure to the programmatic advertising landscape, agency dynamics, and performance-based sales.
Deep understanding of PayPals business, PayPals internal structure and close connection to Merchants
Strong understanding of media buying platforms (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs), ad tech ecosystem, and commerce media trends.
Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
Fluent in German and English with exceptional communication and presentation skills
