Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a focus on agency holding groups, independent media agencies, and large advertisers.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects of diverse scope requiring an understanding of current business trends.
  • Participate in complex problem resolution and determine methods for new assignments.
  • Implement initiatives that result in global process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product sales strategies.
  • Provide expertise in product knowledge and market insights to enhance sales efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, with deep exposure to the programmatic advertising landscape, agency dynamics, and performance-based sales.

  • Deep understanding of PayPals business, PayPals internal structure and close connection to Merchants

  • Strong understanding of media buying platforms (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs), ad tech ecosystem, and commerce media trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.

Fluent in German and English with exceptional communication and presentation skills
