As a Manager within the Reward practice, you’ll make a technical contribution to engagements and
projects. You’ll provide advice to clients on the reward and remuneration strategy, policy and
processes, commercial and strategic implications of remuneration systems and processes, director
fees, executive remuneration, cash and non-cash reward issues. In this role you will:
- Participate in and lead Reward engagements
- Work effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
- Help clients design and implement people and remuneration plans which support the business and HR strategy
- Consult on remuneration strategy, remuneration frameworks, remuneration benchmarking, short and long-term incentives and executive and director remuneration
- Use market data to inform remuneration decisions
- Ensures deliverables meets EY standards of quality and risk.

- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or Finance with strong academic credentials preferred
- 7+ years relevant experience post-graduation, ideally in either a large organisation or within a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience of people and remuneration consulting projects essential
- Analytical skills, possibly with knowledge of financial modelling
- A collaborative team player who can build and develop relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
