As our Consultant within the Reward practice, you’ll make a technical contribution to engagements and projects. You will support the production or our market remuneration surveys, provide advice to clients on the reward and remuneration strategy, policy and processes, the commercial and strategic implications of remuneration systems and processes, director fees, executive remuneration, cash and non-cash reward issues. In this role you will:
- Build an understanding of how organisations work and fundamental reward concepts.
- Analyse data and draw insights on trends, patterns and concepts
- Contribute to task completion and manage your time proactively.
- Work effectively as a team member; sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
- Use market data to inform remuneration decisions
- Ensures deliverables meets EY standards of quality and risk.

- 1-2 years of experience in an HR or People-focused role within a corporate or consultancy environment, with exposure to remuneration projects, data analysis, or similar areas.
- Excellent analytical skills, coupled with the ability to write coherent business reports.
- A keen attention to detail, with the capacity to remain focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, comfortable with handling and interpreting data.
- A collaborative team player who can build and develop relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
