Responsibilities
As a part of the regional delivery team, manage new opportunities deliver complex programme/projects either as the Senior Project Manager or coach/mentor/guide the market unit the assigned Project manager to deliver the projects.
Lead large scale implementation projects with a focus on core SAP such as S4HANA and non-core SAP solutions such as: HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Hybris, Concur, etc.
Manage multiple projects or contracts throughout various stages of the life cycle
Setup appropriate project steering and operational governance
Apply specific functional and technical knowledge of applications to help guide the design and implementation of the solution
Apply consistent project management approach and deliver consistent quality across engagements
Manage project scope, timelines & budget. Define baseline and plan, monitor and control against baseline and ensure there is no overrun.
Create detailed project management plans from estimated scope of work
Monitor and Control project and provide in-depth status reports to engagement management and customer team
Track and manage all project related issues and plan for issues resolution and track them till closure.
Manage Project Risk – plan risk management, identify risk, perform qualitative & quantitative risk assessment, plan risk response, monitor and track the risk till closure.
Deliver project outputs in accordance with project plans, costs & to customer expectations.
Manage Project Scope – Define detail project scope, plan for collecting requirement, create WBS, validate scope customer and control requirement.
Define project deliverables, assign roles and responsibility and ensure completion of deliverables on time.
Manage the test and acceptance process to sign off with the customer
Primary point of contact to manage customer expectations and communication (including timetabled and ad hoc meetings) to ensure that the customer is informed on the project status and obtain customer approval and sign off on all major deliverables.
Manage the project team including assigning individual project tasks, holding regular meetings to monitor progress & ensuring all timesheets are completed on time.
Organize and lead the project team to achieve the project objectives, ensuring that team roles, responsibilities and expectations are defined, understood and fulfilled
Co-ordinate input from all project members including third party suppliers, and customer staff to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure all work is produced in accordance with appropriate processes and that opportunities for improvement are identified and agreed.
Provide leadership to diagnose and overcome barriers to team/project progress. Identify project issues, alternative resource plans, and other risks for both the customer and SAP. Implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Manage the project scope to ensure that requirements and changes are analyzed, documented and agreed upon
Gather, create and distribute project information to all stakeholders and project team members
Ensure the relevant repositories are updated and maintained.
Regular and ad hoc meetings with the PMO team and where applicable, the Delivery Lead to report project progress.
Lead end of project reviews and produce a project close down report.
Participate in estimation, staffing analysis, and solutioning in order to provide inputs for preparing delivery for the proposal.
Collectively as a part of the regional delivery team, the person will be responsible for sales support, delivery governance, KM and references.

Requirements
Experience with SAP, or competition products
Proven experience working as a Programme manager, Senior Project Manager at a senior level.
Experience in ERP consultancy and system integration
Experience working within teams building complex ERP solutions or other high availability web-based applications
Sound understanding of the IT landscape including platforms and integration with Mobile, Social Networking, HR, Marketing & Analytics
Customer Management Experience
15+ years of experience managing large technology engagements
A minimum of 3 full life cycle implementations
Experience of delivering large and complex projects
Experience with senior stakeholder engagement
Strong experience in defining scope and requirements
Multi discipline team management experience
Experience in Agile, and Waterfall methodology.
Able to resource plan, financial planning and control
Good presentation skills
Open to travel and to work on client site as required
Educated to bachelor degree level within a relevant degree subject matter or of graduate calibre
PMP certification or similar is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft project.

Offered compensation for this role is min of85,400 EUR
