You are responsible for
Leading and driving marketing activities and local marketing strategy for the Czech and Slovak market
Taking the lead in planning, executing, and optimizing 360 marketing campaigns.
Conducting market research and market sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights important to support future marketing strategy.
Connecting together internal teams (sales, trade marketing, digital, supply team) and external marketing agencies to foster effective communication and collaboration.
Driving New Product Introduction plan for local organization with ensuring relevance of portfolio to consumer.

Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
Consumer-first marketing attitude.
Natural interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and have can-do attitude to meet deadlines motivating a multi-functional team.
Advanced project management and organizational skills with having ownership of your projects.
Knowledge of marketing processes and budgeting
University Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing.
3-4 years of experience as a brand manager or similar position
Fluent in English & Czech speaking and writing is a must.
Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook.
