You'll lead integrated campaigns in close collaboration with your US counterpart and cross-functional teams including Sales, SDRs, Product, and Demand.
Key Responsibilities:
ABM Strategy Development: Create and execute targeted, high-impact campaigns focusing on key accounts across EMEA, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with key stakeholders including sales, product, and demand generation teams to develop strategies that cater to high-value accounts.
Intent & Data Management: Source, analyse, and disseminate intent data and other key account insights to regional marketing teams, ensuring the information is integrated effectively into local marketing plans.
Campaign Execution and Management: Craft and implement multi-channel ABM programs (email, social, content, events) tailored to engage and convert target accounts.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives by tracking key metrics (e.g. account growth, engagement, pipeline contribution, ROI), articulating insights and outcomes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain alignment and open communication with internal stakeholders to maximise sales support and ensure successful campaign execution and follow-up.
Key skills you bring:
ABM Expertise: Experienced in designing and executing successful ABM (account-based marketing) campaigns in a B2B environment, particularly within the tech or cybersecurity sectors.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong ability to source, interpret, and apply intent data, account behavior insights, and market intelligence to inform marketing strategy.
Communication & Personalisation: Proficiency in creating customised content and messaging that resonates with specific personas.
Collaboration & Alignment: Adept at working with sales teams and regional marketing leaders to ensure marketing initiatives are well integrated and that they support overall business objectives.
Project Management: Capable of managing complex, multi-account ABM initiatives with attention to detail and deadlines.
Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and buyer behaviors in the cybersecurity space across the EMEA market is desirable.
Platform Expertise: Proficiency in key ABM and marketing platforms. Ideally Bombora, Terminus, Salesforce, Marketo, Sendoso.
