Your responsibilities include:

• Advance the structured learning opportunities for IT and GBS team members.
• Facilitate various learning forums.
• Assistin creating andmodifyingwritten and visual communications to the organization.
• Assistin upskilling the organization on storytelling skills to create compelling and impactful stories thatshowcasethe value delivered to Boston Scientific.
• Advance theapplication of change management practices withinour teamsto better support our team members, users, and stakeholders.
• Manage and lead multiple workstreamsthat increaseinclusion and engagement(e.g.,onboarding, recognition programs, onsite events).
• Create and manage metrics, analyze the data, and visualize the data into insights for us totrack our progress to the desired outcomes and inform our decisions.
• Manage and execute the work related to other strategic projects, as assigned.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Communication:Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Project Management :Minimum 3years’ experience withproven ability toleadsmallandmid-sizedprojectsand small programs.
• Change Management :Successinleading small and mid-sized change initiatives across an organization.
• Collaboration:Demonstratedability to thrive while working across time zones,hybrid work modes,cultures, and different personal backgrounds, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Winning Spirit:Ability to understand what needs to be done and proactively take ownership to see it to completion.
